If you have ESET security software on your computer and are attempting to download the presentation in RetireUp (PDF) and you receive an error message, please follow the instructions below.
Select Advanced setup and a new screen will pop up, go to Web access protection > URL address management > Address list.
After selecting Address list another screen will pop up, select Add if there are no addresses in the list or View if there are already some in the list.
Edit list will create another pop out. Add to the Address list at the bottom as seen in the illustration:

Select the Close button.
Go back into RetireUp and download the PDF. You should not have any issues going forward.
