Because of surrender charges and liquidity, RetireUp does not allow the move assets option on annuities.
To move an annuity, go to sources>assets>edit the annuity and change the asset type from annuity into an investment account. Add some details to the asset description so you know what it is. Next continue to allocations and select done.
Now you can go to the Plan tab to move the annuity into a different annuity or a custom portfolio.
